Terms of Service
1. The service
Tenzing is a professional mentorship-matching platform. We connect mentees and mentors and provide messaging, goals, and scheduling tools. Mentors are independent members of the community, not employees or agents of Tenzing; we do not guarantee outcomes from any mentorship.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to use Tenzing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account.
3. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, solicitation unrelated to mentorship, or sharing of others' private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Use the in-app reporting tools to flag violations.
4. Subscriptions
Optional premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store.
5. Content
You retain rights to the content you post and grant us a license to host and display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Career, hiring, or financial outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenzing's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
